1 - JAGSON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED

After the government introduced an "Open Door Policy", Jagson was one of the first Indian companies in the private sector to enter into the hi-tech field of Oil & Gas Exploration, which was hitherto a forte of foreign companies only. At present by virtue of tremendous success, by winning prestigious contracts repeatedly against stiff global competition, Jagson is one of the leaders in the country. We are also the member of IADC.

The Company owns 3 jack-up offshore rig. One of our jack-up rig deep Sea Matdrill operates with almost lOO% utilization since acquisition and has successfully completed a number of drilling contracts for ONGC on the Western Coast of India in Bombay High as well as in Krishna-Godavary basin on the Eastern Coast of India. The company has also operated Drillship on the West Coast of India.

The Jagson Group is thus using its resources and managerial skills to enter new territories. As a part of this, Jagson International Limited, has set up a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) in Kyrgyzstan under the name of Jagson Oil to market the Petroleum Products on wholesale basis and through its own Ultra Modern Petrol Pumps at different locations, in the whole of Osh- Oblast and other areas of Kyrgyzstan which includes the famous Silk Route upto China on the one side and Europe on the other side.

Jagson also has plans for a joint venture with the existing national oil company of Kyrgyzstan to market petroleum products in the whole country through Ultra Modern Petrol Pumps. The Company has introduced the "Servo" Brand Engine Oil ofIndian Oil Corporation to access the market.

JINDAL SERVICE STATION

We are managing Indian Oil Corporation Petrol Retail Outlet since 1972, which is situated on National Highway II, Mathura Road.The station is having CNG Filling Station for both Heavy and Light Vehicle and also have Govt. authorized Pollution Checking Centre.

The company supplies HSD, Petrol and other Lubricants. Jindal Service Station is well known for quality and quantity service.

The Jagson Group is extensively engaged in developing India's infrastructure, particularly in the port-towns. Indian Ports Warehousing Company (IPWC) has one of the biggest storage tank installations located at New Mangalore and another at Karwar (under construction).

This not only takes care of the export and import of liquid cargo, but also handles parallel marketing of Kerosene oil and light Diesel oil.

We are in the process of expansion of our activities in other Ports like Karwar, etc.

Jagson's main goal is to provide customer satisfaction by constructing and operating state-of-the-art storage terminals, thereby enabling customers to work efficiently and effectively.

At IPWC we realize that safety of the products stored is of utmost importance. Keeping this in mind, we have pioneered in importing a very sophisticated fire fighting system for the safety of the stored products.

The Nation's edible oil need was on the rise, Foreseeing this, Pradeep Oil Corporation was formed. It has since given its customised liquid cargo storage facilities to the colonels of the industry - State Trading Corporation of India Ltd., followed by Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd.,Cargill, Castrol India Ltd., etc. A high level delegation comprising officials of the Department of Trade and Industry, Govt. of Canada recognised our installations both for capacity and quality of services.

These huge warehousing facilities have been constructed most suitably with all modem amenities on land of approx 103500 sq. f1. on the National High Way No. 10 at Rohtak Road on theDelhi-Haryana Border. It is one of the largest and the finest installations in the Northern part of the country.Our facilities have been utilised for many years by international Giants like Peico Electronics & Electricals Ltd. (Philips Group). Our latest customer is Coca-Cola.
